Cancellation Policy

Appointments should be cancelled 24 hours prior to service. If the appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour mark, your card on file will be charged.

  • First time cancellation fee is $50
  • Second or more cancellation fee is $100
  • Cancellation fee for Tox appointments is $50
  • Cancellation fee for filler appointments is $100

Groups of two or more are required to leave a nonrefundable deposit of $50 per service, per person.

Day of Indulgence groups of two or more will be charged an automatic 20% gratuity per service.

Retail Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit only.

All sale items are final sale.
